Sensei Günter Heck, 4th dan

Günter Heck is one of the founders of the German Aikido Federation. He holds a Yondan (4th Dan) in Aikido, Nidan (2nd Dan) in Karate and Shodan (1st Dan) in Iaido and has been practicing Aikido since 1983. His teachers have been Katsuaki Asai (8th Dan AIKIKAI), Seishiro Endo (8th Dan AIKIKAI) and Christian Tissier (7th Dan AIKIKAI). He is currently the President of the German Aikido Federation

* Keiko 2 is a free session open to beginners from all dojos. The focus of this session will be on basic tai no henko (body movements)
**for Keiko 5 on Sunday morning, prior experience of working with bokken is required.

Cost: R50 per individual session; R200 for attendance at the whole weekend.
